Andrei brings over 25 years of extensive experience in banking, fintech and telecom space. Over this time, he has held senior leadership roles at BNP Paribas, Renaissance Capital, GE Money, OTP Group, and VEON, as well as lead various Private Equity banking startups in Europe. He currently holds several NED and advisory roles in Banking and Cybersecurity space.

Ewan is an experienced builder and leader of engineering and delivery teams in startups. At 11:FS Ewan headed up the build of modular banking as a service stack Foundry, which he will now oversee as part of 11:Holdings.Previously CTO at Nutmeg where he set up the bank that became Starling and Monzo and CTO at Sporting Index. He was also one of the first engineers at Betfair.

Jamie is a serial fintech entrepreneur and founder. He has launched two regulated B2B/B2B2C businesses in the UK, Bud and Fronted. With a background in advertising and strategy, Jamie successfully scaled businesses from zero, raised over £50m in VC and debt capital and successfully sold solutions to global banks and large software providers.
Jamie brings a “been there done that” delivery mindset–focussed on creating customer value to the team. He has a founder mindset and contagious positivity and energy.

After working in multiple operational roles across various industries, Zoe has been working alongside David Brear and his executive team shaping and growing 11:FS Group for the last 7 years. As Chief of Staff, Zoe’s passion lies in being a conduit for communication across teams as well as project managing and problem solving where needed in order to drive progress towards the company’s vision. Zoe is a champion of company culture and works to ensure that company values are at the forefront of all decision making.

Jason is co-founder of 11:FS and now heads up product at 11:FS Holdings. Previously he co-founded Monzo and Starling, two leading digital retail banks in the UK. He led product and proposition - researching customer needs, designing the apps, recruiting a world class team, and defending regulatory submissions to the UK regulator. Jason has first-hand experience of creating next-generation fintech banks from scratch.

Andy is a chartered accountant with a financial background in retail banking, insurance and investments, including being the CFO of Aviva UK’s Retirement division. Following subsequent global transformation based leadership roles, Andy became the CEO of the fintech Wealthify, where he implemented an end to end architectural transformation strategy and 10x’d the value and AUM of the business during his 4.5 year tenure.
