11:FS Holdings Appoints Sahar Attaripour as Group Chief AI Officer to Drive the Next Era of Wealth Services

Sahar is that person. She brings a rare blend of deep technical mastery and the kind of visionary grit we look for in our leadership. She isn't here to sprinkle a bit of ChatGPT on top of old legacy stacks; she’s here to bake AI into the very DNA of how we build products and services.

The Role Focus. 

Sahar joins us with a formidable track record of leading high-impact AI initiatives across the financial sector. Most notably, as co-founder of Suzugia Limited she pioneered a novel “multi-agent platform”, an AI-driven take on the traditional multi-manager investment model that was acquired by AllianceBerstein in 2022. Recently she has turned her attention to supporting startups and scale-ups as an investor and advisor, and now joins 11:FS Holdings as Chief AI Officer to lead the charge on leveraging technology to solve complex challenges across the Group. Her focus will be three-fold:

• Product Intelligence: Embedding agentic, generative and predictive AI into our core offerings to create truly personalised financial experiences.
• Operational Excellence: Using AI to blow apart the inefficiencies that still plague back-office banking operations.
• The AI Foundation: Working across the businesses within 11:FS Holdings to help our partners navigate the ethical, regulatory, and technical complexities of deploying AI at scale.
